The national Communities That Care model is anchored in the researched and proven effectiveness of a community-wide response to issues of mental health and substance misuse among youth.​  Locally, West Chester Communities That Care (WCCTC) works together with all sectors of our community, including: business, health, government, law enforcement, media, parents, prevention providers, schools, youth, and youth serving organizations. 

Partners guide our efforts, offer subject area expertise, implement programs that address our priorities and contribute financially to enhance youth and parent programs.
