Sad, stressed, angry, alone. Some days are hard and that’s okay. But, what do you do when you are not okay?

In this one-hour presentation parents and students learn what it means to be emotionally healthy and the importance of managing your emotions and choosing your reactions. There will also be important tips for practicing resiliency and self-care.

Join Main Line Health Educator, Allyson Hotz for this presentation geared toward both parents and students.
