QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) teaches three simple steps to help save lives from suicide. Like CPR or the Heimlich Maneuver, QPR equips people to recognize warning signs and connect others to help. Thousands of Americans use these skills each year to support friends, colleagues, and loved ones.

Question. Persuade. Refer. or QPR- is a free, nationally recognized, evidence-based, suicide prevention training. It is designed to help everyday citizens identify warning signs of suicide and support those in crisis to find help.
This training will be presented in both English and Spanish by trained QPR facilitators. We are grateful to the Chester County Suicide Prevention Partnership for facilitating these community outreach events.
